At
the 2008 San Miguel de Allende workshop, we created color poems
and eye-kus; learned about color mixing and matching and
journaling; enjoyed a plein air painting session at the Botanical
Garden; made a private visit to the Casa de la Cuesta mask museum;
participated in an art workshop, cooking lesson and sumptuous
lunch at Quinta Casa Luna; visited the art studio and home of
Anado McLoughlin; made embellished nicho shrines; worked on
crinkled paper collages; and displayed our journals and nichos at
an art show in our Casa Luna Quebrada studio. Selected photographs
of the events are here;
additional photos by workshop participant Bob Cantor are online.
